How do I join NYO3 Rewards?
Create or sign in to your Shopify customer account using the same email address used at checkout. Membership is free.
When will purchase points appear?
Points are normally added after an eligible order is recognized by the loyalty program. Processing time may vary by payment and order status.
Can I combine a points reward with another discount?
Only when the reward and the other promotion are specifically configured as combinable. Otherwise, use the single reward that gives you the better saving.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
Points related to cancelled, refunded or returned items may be deducted or adjusted. If a redeemed reward affected the order, the final adjustment follows the program and refund rules.
Do points expire?
Use the expiry period configured in Essential Loyalty. If no expiry is enabled, replace this answer before publishing. NYO3 Malaysia may update the program with reasonable notice.
NYO3 Rewards is free to join. Points, spend thresholds and fixed-value rewards shown on this page are denominated in MYR. Eligible spend may exclude shipping, taxes, gift cards and cancelled or refunded items. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be adjusted following returns, refunds or suspected misuse. Birthday rewards are limited to once per calendar year. Referral rewards are issued only after the referred friend completes an eligible order. VIP benefits, monthly rewards, redemption thresholds and program terms may be changed or withdrawn by NYO3 Malaysia. Other terms may apply.
